Once in El Paso, my kids and I were able to travel to Chihuahua and we fell in love. Going to the candy stores and seeing huge barrels of candy and snacks in flavors I had never heard of. In that moment I wanted to try everything LOL.
The experience I had in the Chihuahua candy store was the motivation behind opening my online shop. I would like to provide that same experience and taste of Mexico to everyone in the states. I hope that you can enjoy a little piece of Mexico as much as we do.

Mexican Candy Lady is not responsible for returned packages due to incomplete address, wrong address, refusal / not picked up from local post office and/or if the delivery service is unable to deliver (Examples: no mail receptacle, animal interference, no safe place to deliver... Etc.). A refund minus all shipping costs and a 25% restocking will be issued for returned packages.
Our standard processing time to ship orders out is 2 to 5 business days, Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number to the email provided at checkout where you can track your package on USPS.com. Listed below are normal transit times based on courier. Depending on the method you select at checkout, transit times can vary. Holiday season may impact transit time. No matter what shipping option is selected our process time is still 2 to 5 business days.
Please Note: Mexican Candy Lady is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. We cannot control weather or where package is left by mail carrier. Ice Packs are available for purchase.

• Choose a faster shipping method for all treats that could melt or pop (chips, chocolate, gummies and jelly candy)
• Track your order to know when it has been delivered to shipping address.
• Purchase Ice Pack to help with high
temps (PURCHASING ICE PACK DOES NOT GUARANTEE MELTING WILL NOT OCCUR)
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order with any issues you may have with a product. Please email us at info@mexicancandylady.com with your name, order number and pictures of any damages (product/s, inner and outer packaging) that may have occurred in transit for a possible replacement. If you do not like a product you purchased, that is out of our control and we will not issue a refund or store credit. Please know that flavors and texture are different then what you may be use to.

We are located and ship from El Paso, TX. In store/ Curbside pickup is available for our local and surrounding areas. Don't live in Texas? Not a problem have your snacks delivered anywhere in the US for $7.95.
Worldwide shipping is available. We offer USPS and UPS.
Mexican Candy Lady cannot be held responsible for products that are stolen, damaged, or lost since after the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control, and under the responsibility of the mail carrier. All claims must be filed by you (we will help) with the delivery service when the package is marked delivered by delivery service. Mexican Candy Lady will not honor any claims for items marked delivered by the delivery company. Mexican Candy Lady will assist you with claims for packages that are lost by the delivery company but cannot be held responsible for delivery which is not controlled by Mexican Candy Lady. During transit, some of your items may break - this is just the nature of shipping and cannot be controlled by us. We are not responsible for broken products. Mexican Candy Lady will not be able to refund you for products where you provided us an incorrect mailing address or where the package is returned to us marked address unknown or package unclaimed. Please be sure to send package where you know you will be able to accept delivery (at your office or home where a household member will be able to accept). Make sure your address is correct before submitting your order. Consider adding United States Postal Service Signature Conformation for the added protection.

We use USPS for international shipping. If you'd like to use a different carrier, please send us a message prior to placing your order. Arrival time can take anywhere between 2 to 8 weeks depending on your region.
All Customers outside of the U.S. are subject to customs/ duty fees from the shipping company upon delivery. This is completely out of our control and those fees are paid to customs directly. PLEASE NOTE: NON- US CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY OR CUSTOMS FEES, WHICH MAY BE COLLECTED UPON THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE.
